Your raw thoughts and feelings are not your spirit. Their importance stems from showing you where your soul profile is trapped.

Jesus

Jesus saying "Eat from my flesh, drink from my blood" does not refer to be carnivores nor vampires.
"Eat from my flesh" refers to acquire a light body. "Drink from my blood" refers to acquire higher consciousness. Achieving that enables one to ascend to a higher dimension where the deep knowing of Oneness permeates.

Carnivores and vampires buy into supremacy of "us" against "them". Not Jesus.

Storytelling

often when I drift to sleep
I see vividly the respirator machine
of my mom long gone
it halts my breath
midway

Quote of mine

Seek light to own it for it will nurture you courage to face shadow and uncover it, retrieving lost diamonds from under rubble. Be assured you are beyond both, divine within wholeness of spirit. Yet accessing spirit is through the mastery of light and shadow, yours.

3 lines contemplation

worn hiking boots
to breathe in elegance
even the big toe

Micropoetry

long before the chaos
a paper plane

Metaphysic Note

The trident of Shiva, the adiyogi, represents the shushumna nadi with Ida and Pingala. When Ida and Pingala climb to the top of the shushumna nadi, kundalini bursts out of the third eye, activating it then it blossoms as a lotus in the crown chakra fulfilling its potential.

The adiyogi's advice to all, use your trident.

Note on praying

Pray as if God talking alone. Do not beg. Rather command with the humbleness of a Master seeking the best benefit of all that is.

5 lines

foggy night
I search deep within
reaching out to the meadow
that tugs a child
reaching butterflies

Adam & Eve

he kisses her
like opening a love letter
with trembling heart and hands
gazing at her essence
to fathom depth of the Spirit
flowing on his grounds
breathless he stops seeing
yet tunes into a different knowing
of crisp snow of his own becoming
all eyes shut but to
the invading expansiveness
that is birthed from him to him
once in love

5 lines

wind feasting
on crumbles of
lovers' kisses
long gone
their absence dissolving in rain

to entertain myself
away from being

"manifesting a lover"

to invoke your presence
like a celestial hymn
piercing my everywhere
with longing to be in bloom
wrapped in your salt my light

oceanic breath skin to skin
whirling within the sound of heartbeats
gifting self back to Self
the haunting stillness after elation
piercing through to the depth of other realms

yet piercing to found a void
connecting all to all
it is not you and me anymore
wholeness of the shredded identity
withering like an autumn leaf so blissfully

5 lines

touching the rose's thorns
gifts him
the present moment
expanding consciousness
to flow back to the observer within

Quote of mine

Pain is a messenger: Pay less attention to its title and more to receiving its message. Loyal to its mission, pain will not leave you until mission is accomplished.

6 lines

finally we meet
gazing from windows
upon light
and how it wanders
from there back to us
in one beat of openness

personal note

I am back to Lebanon, my father's house. As if it is needed to return to where it started so to complete the circle before it morphs into a spiral.

Happy November to you and me. May we continue to expand with ease and grace, loving our inner child, the master of creativity, even more.

3 lines

on my lips
your rushing shadow
how much movement is within

through fingertips dripping poetry
the transparency of pleasure fused in ache

in face of
kindness

the strongest aliveness
in being touched

3 lines

sunset colors
all the birthed possibilities
from a death

Quote of mine

It is not about candle's light, rather the enabling of others to see their beauty, light flickering within their own gaze.

(Self talk received during a mystical experience on how I am like a candle)
